CPHS/ATD students are back for a new school year. Building routines, classes, and afterschool activities are in full swing. From eating lunch together, walking through the busy hallways and seeing each other's smiling faces, the year is off to a lively start and students and staff are excited about what the new school year brings. County Prep Senior Samantha Gustilo said, “I’m so happy to be back for my Senior year. I’m looking forward to making lasting memories.”
At Back to School Night Peer Leaders served as ambassadors for the visiting parents, who followed their kids’ schedule to meet their teachers, learn about the rhythm of their day, and get an idea of what they will be learning about throughout the year. This informational session also gave parents an opportunity to learn about classroom expectations, and watch presentations on topics such as CTE programs, PowerSchool, and Curriculum and Instruction.
