Chef Kevin Collins and his junior and senior culinary arts students visited Hudson County Community College on Tuesday, November 29 to participate in their “ Culinary Institute Tour." Chef Puc did an outstanding job presenting to the students to give them a glimpse of culinary arts at the college level. Ms. Nunez provided an overview of HCCC overall and outlined multiple pathways to obtaining both two-year and four-year degrees. At the conclusion of the tour, the students attended a luncheon in the dining hall that was prepared by the culinary college students. It was a valuable work-based learning experience.
