Here is a 21 Day Meditation created specifically for now by Oprah and Deepak Chopra. Its free unlike some of their other programs There is even an app with a journal for those of you who might like that. I am sharing this with all of you in case any of you want to try it out - its a good tool when stress and inability to concentrate can be pervasive.
