Tech Support and Assistance

For tech support, help, and training, please use the following methods:
If you are a student, please notify your teacher or guidance counselor that you are having issues and have them put in the request for you

A technician will reach out via the helpdesk system or HCST email with instructions on how they can access your machine remotely and provide assistance.

If your HCST issued device is malfunctioning or is in need of physical repair, please put in a tech request and see the schedule below for drop-off repair times:

Tuesdays: High Tech High School*
9am -  1:30pm 

Thursdays: County Prep High School*
9am - 1:30pm

*Note: you will be required to fill out a health questionnaire upon entering the building

Accessing EbscoHost and Alexandria from Home

Students and Staff can only access EbscoHost and Alexandria from within the District network.
To get into the District network from home, you must use the Chrome browser app within Citrix.
In Citrix open the Chrome browser app. The Citrix Chrome browser app is behind our firewall, which will make EbscoHost and Alexandria accessible.

Chromebook Citrix Access Options

If you have a District Chromebook, then click on the Citrix Workspace app.
There are instructions in the eLibrary under the EbscoHost tab, here is a direct link to the help file.
