The Dawn of Diplomacy: Recapping the First-Ever HTMUNC

After months of preparation, High Tech’s first-ever internal conference, HTMUNC brought together 67 delegates for a full Model UN experience. It was designed to prepare students for real conferences through debate, diplomacy, and collaboration. With two committees running just like an official conference, delegates sharpened their speaking, resolution writing, and negotiation skills. The conference wrapped up with a closing ceremony celebrating excellence, where awards like Best Delegate, Outstanding Delegate, Best Position Paper, and more were presented. All in all, HTMUNC was an amazing, accessible, and successful conference, and just the start of a new High Tech tradition!
