The High Tech High School Performing Arts Academy is proud to announce that students in the Musical Theatre Program have received multiple honors and nominations through the Paper Mill Playhouse Rising Star Awards for their production of Catch Me if You Can.
The Rising Star Awards, presented annually by Paper Mill Playhouse, celebrate excellence in high school musical theatre across New Jersey. Often regarded as one of the state’s most distinguished high school theatre recognition programs, the awards highlight outstanding student achievement in performance, design, direction, choreography, and technical theatre while providing students with valuable educational and professional opportunities in the performing arts.
Musical Theatre students and instructor Colette Jackson-Belle received nominations in two categories. They will be honored and find out if they’ve won their category at the Paper Mill Playhouse Rising Star Awards Ceremony on June 9th.
