Congratulations to Our SkillsUSA Medalists!

On April 12th, several of our outstanding students competed at Morris Knolls High School in Rockaway, NJ, as part of the SkillsUSA New Jersey State Championships. After months of dedicated preparation and hard work, we’re proud to share the results of their incredible efforts: Kaitlyn Tusa – 1st Place Gold in Baking & Pastry Arts Derek Hsu – 1st Place Gold in Computer Programming Daniel Gomes-Espinosa and Carlos Carlos Guaman-Chuqui – 2nd Place Silver in 3-D Visualization and Animation SkillsUSA is a national organization that empowers students to become world-class workers, leaders, and responsible citizens. Through hands-on competitions and leadership development, students gain valuable career and technical experience while showcasing their skills in a variety of trades and disciplines. These students have demonstrated outstanding commitment, technical expertise, and professionalism throughout their journey. We are especially excited to announce that Kaitlyn and Derek will advance to represent our school at the SkillsUSA National Leadership & Skills Conference in Atlanta, Georgia this summer. Congratulations to all our competitors! Your hard work and achievements make us incredibly proud.
