Cleaning for a Cause: High Tech’s Collaborative Coastal Cleanup

On April 17, 2026, High Tech's Interact Club and Photography Club joined together for a community service field trip to Cliffwood’s Fisherman’s Beach, where we worked to clean up the shoreline and make a positive impact on the environment. Together, we collected trash scattered along the beach, helping protect local wildlife and improve this community space. It was a meaningful and rewarding experience that showed how even small actions, when done collectively, can make a lasting difference. The weather was perfect, and we would like to thank Monmouth County municipalities for hosting us at this beach location. We also extend our gratitude to HCST for approving this trip and recognizing the value of giving students experiences like this.
