HCST Shines in Recent Rankings
Hudson County Schools of Technology is proud to announce that our district has achieved prestigious rankings in the latest evaluations of public high schools and arts programs! We’re thrilled to see HCST recognized not only for academic excellence, but also for our outstanding arts education programs, placing among the top schools in New Jersey.
Superintendent Amy Lin-Rodriguez praised the ranking, saying, "This recognition reflects the dedication of our educators, students, and community. We are proud of our district’s commitment to providing innovative and diverse learning opportunities.”
What sets HCST apart from the rest? It’s our unique ability to blend rigorous academic programs, such as AP and dual enrollment opportunities, with hands-on, skill-based learning in areas that resonate with our students’ individual passions. Whether it’s excelling in math and science or mastering arts and technology, our students graduate not only with top-notch academic credentials but also with the practical skills they need for their futures.
"As we celebrate these achievements, it's important to remember that rankings are just one piece of the puzzle," shared Superintendent Lin-Rodriguez. "Our true success comes from fostering a balance where students can excel academically while building skills in areas that inspire them."
Congratulations to our entire HCST family for continuing to lead the way in education and for showing that when passion meets opportunity, success is inevitable. Let’s keep striving for excellence—both inside and outside the classroom!
