Mindfulness & Meditation Through Art-Workshop
The Mindfulness & Meditation Through Art workshop will introduce participants to a variety of methods, strategies, and techniques to help them incorporate mindfulness into their everyday life. Participants will practice the fundamentals of meditation through exploring color, texture, and creativity. We are reminded of the non-judgmental, working, joyful child within all of us. We will explore these practices through discussion, practice, and art. Participants will finish the program with at least a fundamental working knowledge of meditation and mindfulness practices.
Upon completion of this program, participants will receive a certificate of completion, plus some beautiful artwork. We will be working on our personal Mandala, which will also be discussed in this workshop.
What to Bring: Face masks will be required.
